Since the mid 1990’s the restoration committee for the Millikin Homestead has engaged my studio in a variety of decorative projects: a recreation of the dining room ceiling mural, decorative painting in two ground floor parlors and an upstairs master bedroom. In 2012 the central hallway ceilings were recreated. Most of this is done in the Chicago studio on canvas in artists’ oils and applied on site like wallpaper.
